WATTS 1874
Before founding Brucciani Studios, I worked at Watts 1874, where rebuilding and developing their Shopify website became one of my core responsibilities. Over a focused two-year period, I reshaped the site into the heart of the brand’s digital presence; working end-to-end from front-end design to back-end structure and organising more than 850 SKUs from the brand’s 150-year catalogue.
A large part of that work was about being discovered by new audiences. By rethinking site structure and SEO from the ground up, the website saw a 700% increase in traffic over two years. The changes weren’t flashy, but they were deliberate. I focused on making the site clearer to navigate, easier to manage internally and far more visible in Google search. Over time, it naturally became an online showroom, supporting client conversations, press enquiries and event RSVPs without needing a patchwork of separate tools.

Alongside this, I tied the website closely to email and content. By aligning bi-weekly newsletters, launches, and storytelling with what lived on the site, we doubled newsletter subscribers and increased engagement by 300%. That experience now shapes everything I do at Brucciani Studios - building websites as living systems that support growth, storytelling and real-world use, not just something that looks good on launch day.
